Preparation

  1. Pre-dry and pre-shrink the transfer and material separately.
  2. Use PTFE sheets above and below.

Removal and cooling

Paper removal
Keep the material between PTFE sheets while moving it to a flat cooling surface.
Cooling
Allow it to cool flat while attached to the lower PTFE sheet.

Scope and caveats

  • Follow the full JPPlus sequence; this is not a one-step blank press.
